They were part of the "Thank You for Reconstruction Host Town" project for the Tokyo Olympics ・ Paralympics. Thirty-four 5th graders from Fudo Elementary School in Yakin Town and 36 3rd ・ 4th graders from Erwin ・ Moser Elementary School in Austria had an exchange.

Even after the Olympics are over, this kind of exchange should continue.
I hope they will continue to do more and more.

They have succeeded in artificial cultivation of amigasa mushroom at the Prefectural Forestry Technology Center in Yakin Town.
I heard that this mushroom is used in French and Chinese cuisine, but this is the first time I heard its name.

If it can be produced in the population, the possibilities will expand.

I hope they will be sold all the time, not just for a limited time, because they look so delicious.
